Our presses have tonnages of 280, 320 and 550 tons, respectively.
The alloys we generally use are the following:
a) Aluminium alloys:
Alloy EN AB 47100
Alloy EN AB 46100
b) Brass alloys:
RISER REMOVAL
it is conducted manually,
if possible, throughout the press phase, alongside the machine to ensure that eventual problems with pieces can be immediately identified and resolved.
JETS FINISHING
By customer specific requirements we accomplish the following processing techniques:
- Burring;
- Sandblast (with sand-blasting belt machine or sand-blasting booth machine);
- Vibratory barrel finishing;
- Polishing, painting;
- Mechanical workings.
